Payment Options:
Currently, we offer PayPal as our only online payment option. (We also offer offline payment processing where you can print your transaction listing and send it through regular mail with your check or money order payment.) PayPal is a safe way to make and receive payments online. You do not need to register or have an account with PayPal to make a payment through PayPal. When you are completing checkout through PayPal, you will be asked if you would like to register and open an account with PayPal - it is up to you whether you would like to do this.
We have found PayPal to be a safe and effective way to do business and also have used it for personal transactions. Your transaction through PayPal will take you automatically to PayPal from our website and then when you are through with the payment portion of your transaction, you will be taken back to our website where you will see your online receipt.
The only caution concerning PayPal that we have is that if you need to go to your PayPal account anytime after your transaction, type in www.paypal.com in your internet browser. PayPal and RANDLe DESIGNS strongly recommend that you never click on any link in an email that appears to be a PayPal link. Unfortunately, there are just too many fraudulent emails that trick you into thinking it is legitimate and that it is taking you to your account information. If you would like more information about using PayPal's service, please go to their website www.paypal.com.
After you complete your payment through PayPal, you will receive an email from RANDLe DESIGNS with details of your transaction. It will not list any details concerning PayPal. You will receive another email from PayPal with details of your PayPal payment. Once again: if you would like to check your transaction on your PayPal account, just to be safe, we recommend that you go to your internet browser and type in www.paypal.com and then log into your PayPal account, instead of clicking on the links inside the PayPal email.

Preferred Customer Checkout:
We offer a way to save time on future transactions. When you place an order, at checkout, you will be given an opportunity to register as a preferred customer. You do not have to use this option if you do not wish to. If you choose to, you will be asked for your name and other contact information, such as address, phone number, email address, etc. You can check a box that will allow us to "remember your Billing and Shipping address information". (Note: no credit card or other financial information is ever "remembered" or saved by RANDLe DESIGNS.) You will also be asked to choose a password.
Once you have registered as a preferred customer, you can log in with your email address and password. If you have asked us to "remember" your address information, then you will not need to re-enter this information.
When you give us your email address, we will email you from time to time with newsletters and other store and product information. If you decide to unsubscribe from our email list, you may do so at any time by following the link at the bottom of the email. |

International Orders: We now can process online orders from outside the United States through PayPal. Paypal will automatically convert your payment currency to US Dollars. You can read on the PayPal website about currency conversion. |
